Use of the service
You may use Reverdo to operate return portals and process returns in line with these terms and applicable law.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your order-lookup endpoint, your branding content and the accuracy of return rules you configure.
Refunds
Reverdo handles return logistics and the acceptance workflow only; refund and money-back decisions remain in your systems.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis; our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
